Where we ship
Goodluck Tea House ships anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India at present. If you want tea sent abroad, write to us at orders@goodluckteahouse.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
What shipping costs
Delivery is a flat ₹60 per order, anywhere in India, however many packs you buy. One pack or fifteen, the charge is the same. It is added at checkout and shown on your invoice as a separate line.
Product prices shown on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping is charged on top of the product price.
When we dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are usually packed and handed to the courier within two working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and another when it is dispatched. Where the courier provides a tracking number, we include it in the dispatch email.
How long delivery takes
Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:
- Delhi NCR: 2 to 4 working days
- Metro cities: 3 to 6 working days
- Rest of India: 5 to 9 working days
These are courier estimates and not guarantees. Weather, strikes, local restrictions and festival season can add time. We will tell you if we know your parcel is delayed.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address and phone number before you pay. Couriers call before delivery, and a wrong number is the most common reason a parcel comes back. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately on +91 98111 63714. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address.
If nobody is home
Most couriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us. If a parcel is returned undelivered because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we will contact you. Re-dispatch is charged at the same flat delivery rate.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or arrives with something missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs of the outer packaging and the contents. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for what happens next.
