1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by Goodluck Tea House, C-203 Prince Apartment, 54 I.P. Extension, Delhi 110092. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Goodluck Tea House. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.

By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law to place an order.

3. Products

We sell loose leaf tea and herbal infusions. We describe every product as accurately as we can, including origin, pack weight and how it is meant to be brewed. Photographs are illustrative. Because tea is an agricultural product, colour, leaf appearance and strength vary a little between harvests.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Our wellness teas are food, not medicine, and no claim is made that any tea treats, cures or prevents any condition. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a doctor before adding a new herbal infusion to your routine.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately at a flat ₹60 per order, anywhere in India, whatever the quantity.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. If payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you paid.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example where a tea is unavailable, where we cannot deliver to your PIN code, where the price was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds

These are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or abusively.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to copy its content for commercial use without our written permission.

10. Our content

All text, photographs, artwork, the Goodluck Tea House name and the Goodluck Tea House logo belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

We take responsibility for supplying tea that matches its description and is fit to drink. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes, or government restrictions. Where such an event causes a long delay, you may cancel and we will refund you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
